I’m a nerd for HAM radio. I run a weekly radio net in my area for fun… yeah, I said fun. Ginger makes up her own “Bubblegum Bubblegum in a dish” game. I scared the holy crap out of Trish and we all learned a bit more about our nostrils.
Christmas tree is goin’ up!
Gettin’ a hair cut… FINALLY! Have you ever used pomade? DO IT NOW!!! YOU’RE WASTING TIME WATCHING THIS STUPID VLOG!!! GO GET SOME POMADE AND PUT IT IN YOUR HAIR!!! NOW. STOP READING THIS AND GO NOW!!! Okay, back on track. We went to a super nice dinner at our church and then busted out the Christmas tree once we got home.
Watermelon Time!!! – day 08
Had lunch at Las Flores, WOO HOO!!! I love that place. Busy night getting ready for bunco with Dar and then the kids and I got kicked out!?! Whatever, we went to Church to set up tables for the dinner shin-dig on Saturday. Then we crashed Ben and Steph’s house. Thanks for the Pizza Ben! What a night!
Bustin’ Lips!!!
No dull nights here. We vacuum heads when we get bored. The boy takes a header and busts his lip on the tile. It’s the most wonderful time of the year… the fake tree went up without decorations but that’ll have to get done this weekend. The new baby is trying to make a break for it, maybe she’ll come early.
Man-tervention, Really?
Gettin’ ready for Christmas and goofing off along the way. Dar and Tara were giving me grief for having long fingernails, a full beard, and long hair. I thought for sure Ginger would have my back but she sided with the pregnant lady and her mean sister! They threatened me with a Man-tervention… I don’t even know what that is but it sounds like there would be scissors, nail-files, and several types of waxing involved. I’m scared… good thing Dar’s gonna have a new baby to worry about so I’ll be off the hook. I just have to hold out till next Tuesday!!!
Got my butt kicked in fencing class
The Boy gets messy before his bath. I love Shea Moisture Baby Healing Lotion. Brigham gets upset that I leave for class. I get my butt kicked while fencing.

Sweet Potato Pie, OH YEAH!!!
I’ve never had sweet potato pie… Until NOW!!! Lets just say that I have a new favorite pie. I’m really not into sweets unless they’re cold and fruity so I’m not really a pie person… this, however, changes the game! It’s not too sweet and the shredded coconut makes it so awesome!!! I asked Matt to give me his best “Food Network On Camera Taste” so that’s what he gave me. Valiant effort Matt-dude! All in all, a great night of good and family.
2nd Thanksgiving
We had a great 2nd Thanksgiving. The food and company were great and the Living Desert trip was a really nice way to finish the evening. I’m looking forward to my monday weigh-in because I feel like I’ve done pretty good so far.
Making Warm Chocolatey Memories
Well, here’s our first vlog. What do you think? I’m a video guy so this seems like it’s gonna work out better for me. I like that you get more of the story now and that I don’t have to write so much – not one of my strong points. They say pictures are worth 1000 words so that means if I put 20 pictures in each post (i don’t) then they would be worth 20,000 words, not bad. Videos are about 30 pictures every second so that means this video is worth 19,020,000 words… a vast improvement! Plus you get sound and those giggling kids have to be worth several thousand more words. Here at AlexCotton.com, were giving you 951% more for the same low price of $0.00.
